This article outlines the process to sign an Authorization of Distribution (AOD) sent from RxExpress. The AODs are unique in that they can be signed even if the signing party is not an RxExpress user.
When somebody creates an AOD that requires your signature, you will receive an email to notify you of this. The email will contain a link to that AOD, which you'll need to click to access it.
Carefully review all the information contained in the document. If any information is incorrect, reach out to the person who sent you the document.
Once all the information is verified, enter your name and title in the fields at the bottom of the screen.
Next, draw your signature in the large, white box. This can be done with your mouse, or, if you have a touch screen, you can use your finger.
If your signature didn't turn out quite right, you can click the Clear button and try again.
Once you are happy with your signature, click the Sign and Complete button.
After a moment, the system will generate a PDF of the signed and completed AOD. You should either download or print this for your records.
