Adding Case Referral Pricing and Case Referral Terms to your Account

An Account can assign an email address to be used as the Referral email address for that practice or academic group.  Often times, there will be a charge associated with reviewing Referred Cases or special terms that need to be communicated before a User reviews a Case.

This information can be added to a User email in the Profile screen.  Start by logging into your DVM Dx account.  In the Cases Screen, click on the blue Name button in the upper right of the application and then click on Profile.

This will take you to the User Information page where you will see your profile.  Click on the drop down box titled “Select Additional Attributes”.

Then click on Case Referral Price and Case Referral Terms.  This will add two additional fields to your User Information page that can be edited.

Click in the fields to add text that will communicate Referral Case pricing and any information about your business terms that you want Users who refer a Case to you to agree too.  This information will pop up in a window for any User that refers a Case.
